Business Office

Franklin Medical Center's Business Office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30.  After business hours payments can be made at Admissions.

Please feel free to call for help with Medicare; Medicaid; or Insurance questions.

We pride ourselves in the quality billing services that we provide to have your claims processed in a timely manner. If you have any questions regarding your bill or payment questions please contact us at 318-435-9411.

New Payment Options:
For our patients convenience, we are now accepting payments at the Admissions Desk and at each of our Rural Health Clinics. Payments can be made on hospital bills and on clinic bills at these locations.

Credit Card and Debit Card payments are accepted in the Business Office and at each of our three Rural Health Clinics. 

Announcements:
Beginning October 1st when you receive services from the emergency room physician you will receive a separate bill from their billing service.

As a courtesy to you, they will file a claim with your insurance company. Please provide insurance information to the Emergency Department Registration Personnel. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a delayed or incorrect processing of your account. You will receive a statement from their billing service for Emergency Physician Services, which are uncovered or unpaid by your insurance company.
