  1. What is a patient portal

    A patient portal is a secure online website that gives you access to your personal health information and medical records at any time, and from anywhere with an Internet connection.

  2. Is my information safe?

    Yes. Franklin Medical Center’s patient portal is a secure website. All information is encrypted, and you will be the only one who can view your health information. You will be required to setup a username and password when registering for access to the patient portal.

  3. How do I enroll in the patient portal?

    During a visit you will be informed upon registration of the patient portal. You will be asked if you would like to have access, and if you agree, you will be asked for your personal email address. Within a few hours, you will be sent an email with a link to Franklin Medical Center’s patient portal. Once you click the link you will be required to verify your identity and create an account.

    Alternatively, you may self-register here. You will be required to verify your identity in order to access your health information. Each field must be identical to our records in order for verification to complete successfully.
