•Surgical Residency, University of Hawaii, Honolulu 1975 – 1977
•Urology Residency, Ochsner Medical Institutions, New Orleans 1977 – 1980

Dr. Busby has been affiliated with Franklin Medical Center since 1980. He has served in all elected offices and has been Chief of Surgery in excess of 30 years.
