Dr. Joel Eldridge is a member of the active medical staff of Franklin Medical Center. He resides in the Crowville area and is the son of the late Joseph and Audrey McCarty Eldridge of Crowville.
He began a Family Practice Clinic in Winnsboro during the summer of 1991. Later he turned his attention to the practice of Emergency Medicine and has served as ER Director of FMC since 1995.
Dr. Eldridge is a Healthcare provider of the American Heart Association and instructs ACLS, PALS and BLS.
Dr. Eldridge was recently appointed to the Louisiana Medical Emergency Response Network Board by Governor Jindal. He currently serves as Franklin Parish Coroner. In addition to his many civic responsibilities, Dr. Eldridge is the owner of the NE Louisiana Ambulance Service.
