Business Office provides professional billing services and claims processing for Medicare; Medicaid; worker's compensation; and insurance.

Emergency Room Services are available 24/7 and are equipped with the most up to date medical equipment and knowledgeable staff to ensure the best possible care.

Human Resources Department provides personnel needs for all departments of Franklin Medical Center, including assisting staff with enrolling in company programs such as health insurance and retirement programs.

ICU (Intensive Care Unit) provides immediate care for critical patients in need of monitoring and extensive care.

Infection Control Department is dedicated to the prevention and management of hospital acquired infections in our staff, patients and visitors.
 

Laboratory  (LabCorp) provides laboratory services day and night in order to help in the determination of  the diagnosis and treatment procedures for the patients of Franklin Medical Center.

Newellton Rural Health Clinic  The Newellton clinic has been providing quality healthcare for over four years. We have recently relocated the clinic to provide a larger facility and more services for this area.

Nursing Services provides our acute care facility with the best possible care for our patients. Providing quality, efficient healthcare to all patients is our Nursing Staff's main goal.

 

Pharmacy (PharmaCare) provides pharmaceutical services for our physicians and patients to ensure quality improvement in their healthcare process.

Radiology Department--providing diagnostic services to determine effective medical treatment. Our Radiology Department is staffed day and night to provide immediate services during your admit or emergency needs.

Respiratory provides treatments for the respiratory system to function properly during a patient's illness to ensure quality improvement in their healthcare process.

Social Services, Discharge Planning, Case Management, & Utilization Review provides after care services, patient and family assistance, and quality treatment reviews.

St. Joe Rural Health Clinic With the addition of the St. Joe Clinic, Franklin Medical Center has been able to provide more patient care to many individuals in need --including evacuees from the hurricanes Rita and Katrina.

Surgery Department--providing the best in surgical care in Northeast Louisiana. Our staff is dedicated to serving you in your time of need. The surgical staff are available Monday through Friday and on call for emergency procedures.

Winnsboro Rural Health Clinic No Appointment Necessary! We have extended our hours to provide professional quality healthcare to our community.
