Dr. Mark Cotter

Dr. Mark Cotter joined the Franklin Medical Center staff in 2016 after completing his Family Medicine residency at EA Conway Hospital in Monroe. He now treats patients both as a hospitalist and in our outpatient clinics located in Winnsboro and Crowville.
