Franklin Medical Center welcomes Dr. Frank Sanfiel, a board certified and highly experienced general surgeon. During the past five years Dr. Sanfiel has been the attending surgeon and chief of surgery at Washington County Hospital in Washington, Iowa.
Dr. Sanfiel practices a broad range of general surgery including, colorectal, breast, endoscopy, bariatrics, and laparoscopy. He and his wife, Glenda have two children ages 13 and 15. They are originally from New Orleans and have family living in New Orleans and in the Jackson area. We are very excited to welcome them back to Louisiana and to Winnsboro. We know Dr. Sanfiel and his family will be an asset to our community and our hospital.
